Abortion Ban to be Presented to Voters in South Dakota

Voters in South Dakota are again to be presented with a possible ban on abortion by pro-life activists.
According to the WorldNet Daily, voters in the Midwestern state will soon have another chance to influence its abortion policies, potentially bringing about another total ban on the procedure.
The move comes following a court ruling some weeks ago that all abortion clinics should provide scientific information to potential patients in order to allow them to be fully-informed about their decision.
“A simple majority of South Dakota voters will have the opportunity to decide the fate of the first law that has a very real chance of overturning the Roe v. Wade supreme court decision,” said Leslee Unruh, a longtime pro-life advocate who has been involved in the pro-life campaigns in the state.
The central point of Roe v. Wade was that abortions are permissible for any reason a woman chooses, up until the point at which the fetus becomes viable, or potentially able to live outside the mother’s womb.
Pro-life activists will aim to reinstate the Women’s Health and Human Life Protection Act, a state law passed by the South Dakota state legislature in early 2006 to ban abortion in the state under virtually every circumstance, including rape and incest, which was repealed by the electorate in November 2006.

it is murder in the sight of GOD ( JESUS CHRIST) sight. It is wrong no
matter how you turn it.
It is written in the WORD OF GOD (THE BIBLE) thou shalt not kill
and abortion is killing .It is taking a child life. It is a life because dead thing or people do not grow and get bigger and bigger until time of delivery which
is nine months.
